Classical South Florida® brings the timeless sounds of classical music to the diverse, thriving cultural communities throughout southern Florida.

Classical South Florida® began broadcasting in South Florida in October 2007. Its program service is broadcast on 89.7 FM in the upper keys, Miami and Fort Lauderdale, on 90.7 in the Palm Beaches and the Treasure Coast and on 88.7 in Fort Myers/Naples.

On July 14, 2015, an application was filed with the Federal Communications Commission, Washington, D.C., seeking its consent to the assignment of licenses of WKCP(FM), 89.7 MHz, Miami, Florida, and the following FM translator station that rebroadcasts WPBI(FM), 90.7 MHz, West Palm Beach, Florida: W270AD, 101.9 MHz, West Palm Beach, FL, transmitting with a power of 0.25 kW from a transmitter located at 26 degrees, 42 minutes, and 26 seconds N Latitude and 80 degrees, 3 minutes, and 6 seconds W Longitude, from American Public Media Group to Educational Media Foundation.
